“Not as described on website, the only description it gives with regards to colour is "white" although i seen a colour on the back as the trainers were in the boys section I thought the colour was Red but when they arrived they were pink........not good! Went onto customer service who were diabolical and basically laid the blame on me (who said the customer was always right eh?) I had initially ordered 2 pairs of trainers but when only 1 pair arrived I loomed through my emails to find the other pair were not in stock so Usc just decide to send one pair instead of asking me if I would like to pick an alternative before shipping and charging me £4.99 for the pleasure Very poor customer service snd will never shop with Usc again! Disgrace!”
