“Boots are ordered in a size 13 the order came and the size on the front of the box said size 13 but the shoes were a size 2 tried to ring the company and was told I was third in the que and someone would be with me soon 40 mins later on hold I was first in the que and still no further forward I am dreading my phone bill and will have to yet again ring to try and sort this matter out”
