“The shoes are probably very nice, but I would not know this as despite being signed for and confirmed as delivered, neither myself or my neighbours have laid eyes on them. It is a signature I do not recognise and there was no slip through the door from the courier to confirm where they have left them. I have contacted the courier who have told me to contact USC....Who do not know how to answer a phone and have ignored my emails. Other than that its been brilliant.”
