“To start with I didn't buy the above trainers I bought firetrap shoes! I would also like to add I used click collect pick up from sports direct. After returning from your store I looked at my 5.00 voucher which stated I had to use this on the day I collected. Previously you had 30 Days to use a 5 pound voucher. The assistant didn't tell me I had to spend it on the date I collected. Is this an error on my receipt? I await to hear from you.”
