“I had to return the boots as it was too big and I did not get my money back but was given a credit note which I am unable to use because you don’t have my size in stock and thus I can’t get my money back to purchase it elsewhere, I think it’s not fair to limit my options as a customer if I have had a bad experience but can’t make a different choice where to make a purchase. And I can’t speak to anyone as I can’t get through at customer service”

“I wasn’t happy when received the boots as they look like they have been throwing in a old box and not packed properly now I have to wrap them up and give them to my son for Christmas looking second hand! I have sent a email also but haven’t had a reply yet.”

“I was sent the wrong colour again and when I spoke to customer services they said there's nothing they can do and that they can't assure me it won't happen again. Last time I was sent the wrong size and colour so I returned them and ordered again online but my order was faulty again this time they sent me the wrong colour. This is twice I've ordered the rust colour and been sent the black ones. I am very disappointed as I've been sending emails and making calls but I have had no help. Everyone keeps offering me a refund but not the shoes I want. When ever I ask to speak to a manager there is no manager available. I will never be ordering again from USC ever again and I will also be telling my family and friends how poor your customer service is.”
