“I'm currently waiting for a response from your customer service team. The boots I received are disgraceful & completely sub standard. Both have multiple scratches & scuffs, they should never have been dispatched. There's none available in the size I require now & they're a Christmas gift. Disgraceful, shocking & shameful item to dispatch. A customer experience you should be thoroughly ashamed of.”

“I was after some boots for my son for school after his others already fell apart... These were ideal tough, waterproof, and solid thick sole for all the walking he does they are also all black in colour what the school state to have not allowed another colour on the sole. They were in the sale and a fantastic price at that, I couldn't of afforded full price my son is over the moon with them. 10/10 towards other makes he has had you can just feel the toughness on them and I know these will last going off past experience of my own, owning a pair of boots similar.”
