“Wasn't happy with the service, I ordered 2 pairs one black and one nude, paid £5 delivery to get them to a nearby store, when picked them up they were both the same color, I then called customer service who told me this was my fault that I had ordered 2 pairs of nude which I wouldn't do and then told I would have to return and pay a further £5 to get another delivered that would then be £10 postage for 2 pairs. Went into a Usc in town and they gave me a credit note for them and were very nice, would not deal with the online service again if going to buy would go to store , online staff not helpful at all.”
