“Trainers came in good condition. Box was squashed to pieces but thankfully no damage to trainers. As for USC and Hermes, absolutely shocking. Driver said he deliver my parcel on a Sunday to a secure location but never. Had to sign a denial of receipt form and when I challenged usc on where my delivery was they could not obtain any answers from the delivery company which is shocking seen as they pay them to provide a service! Will be the last time I use usc given the recent problems I have had with them”
