“Got these trainers and they arrived on time.. but one shoe is bigger than the other not size it's the front shoe where it has been manufactured. The oval bit on the shoe.. it looks odd. Especially when I paid £60 for them.”

“This is a smart hard wearing shoe. My son is hard on footwear but these last. Worth the money. This was his second pair. However, the process of exchange/return for USC would need to alter radically before i would be a return customer. No invoice arrived with the order. Looked on the website. Its impossible to find a customer number to call. Contacted them thru social media. Got the customer number that way. However, they dont work weekend's. What should have been a very simple returns process turned into a very stressful unnecessary event. I had to return them without the order number as no invoice arrived. No bigger size has arrived as yet. One unhappy customer”
