“I was sent the wrong item. This was nearly a week ago. I have emailed twice to ask what to do about this. No one has got back to me and I can't find a telephone number. I now have someone else's order and confidential information about them and I still don't have the school shoes I ordered for my daughter. I am very dissatisfied”

“The delivery was fast although I ordered a size 7 they arrived in a size 7 box only to find that you send a size 9 shoe! As I needed the shoes urgently I had to return them to a store that was 45 miles from my home which I was not very happy about. I will not be shopping online again at your store”

“These shoes are OK for the price, but unfortunately they are way too big. I am normally a size 12, but found that these shoes were way too big. Which unfortunately meant that I had to send them back, not happy as they cost a fortune in delivery charges.”
