“Hermes attempted 3 deliveries on 3 weekdays in middle of day in a row. Left clear instructions to deliver to neighbour or safe place but they returned to sender (USC). USC start using a professional delivery service like Royal mail which allow collection / redelivery in a structured manner (i.e. on the day you pick).”
