“Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced - package was delivered having been clearly tampered with, with one of the pairs missing. When contacting USC customer service I was first offered discount for the missing pair only followed by an offer to 'find and replace' the missing pair! It is quite clear that the customer service representative completely missed the fact that the product was tainted and that was the reason for the complaint. Not to mention the fact that USC do not sell individual pairs of the boxers so that begs the question as to how they were going to find and replace the missing pair... Any other retailer would've taken full responsibility for the poor level of customer service and gone out of their way to compensate for that, but not USC. Needless to say that I will not be doing any further business with USC in the future!”

“I dont usually write reviews but since I got an invite to do so here we go. 1 star isn't a refection on the product but the service. You sent me the wrong product. I ordered coloured CK's and you sent me Black!!! Couldn't return them as would not have the replacements on time!”

“Absolutely disgusted. Ordered 3 pack pair of size small and the order was completely wrong. I was sent all the packaging and invoice for what I ordered. But inside I was given one pair of boxers only instead of 3?! Very expensive for one ?! Doesn't add up. Not only this I was given an extra large !!!! Completely wrong again. Even though the package and invoice said opposite. The inside label and size of them said other wise, maybe you should check the item is correct before sending. Ordered as a Christmas present but had to return and definitely won't be ordering here again.”
