“Ordered an Armani top for my younger brother on arrival I received some golf trousers from sports direct and I was panicking because it was his birthday the next day and I had nothing to give him. I contacted customer services and within 2 hours I had a reply and free of charge usc sent me a new top the same I had ordered and given me a full refund the next day I recieved the top they had fast tracked the parcel for my which meant I could give my brother the top for his birthday he loved it and I was so impressed with the customer service I recieved I have gone on to spend around £400 on this website in the last couple weeks and can honestly say I haven’t had anymore problems I am highly satisfied with my products too hence why I’ve given them a 5 star.”

“The deals are very good and the customer service has been good. Although, the one aspect which lets USC down is the cost of their delivery. It costs £4.99 to deliver to both store and online. This almost acts a deterrent to buying the products, especially when commerce shops such as ASOS do free next day delivery for £9 a year. Delivery with USC costs £4.99 and takes 3-5 days Needs improvement.”
