“Good afternoon, So I have worn the black polo shirt for the first time the other day, washed it on the coldest temperature on a low spin and left to dry outside. To my horror, when I have put this on again it has shrunk to what seems to be an XS, rendering this unwearable now. This isn’t on as I have had 1 wear out of this and it is now tiny. How can this issue be resolved? I would like a replacement item to be sent as £40 for 1 wear of a polo shirt is pathetic. I look forward to your prompt response. Warm regards, Luke.”

“Polo arrived in terrible condition. Had been screwed up when arrived in delivery bag, the shirt was marked on the front and had hair on the rear. Returned for full refund after sending email complaint. Can’t not believe a company would send a item our on such bad condition. Not the first time USC purchases have arrived not professionally packeged.”
