“To Whom It May Concern You have ask for a review on an item that i didnt even order your . Services are ashambles from when i palced my order til now, nothing worked as it should ie; smoothly and you make it especially hard for people to get help. Your services have seemed like failing procedures and systems to order as my order i recieved wasnt complete and it took a long time for me to be contacted and i still havnt been advised when i will recieve the rest of my items. You make it especially awkward by not having a phone number to call on your websites and the rest of the numbers that i did manage to find where chargeable which is terrible as why should you be charged to contact a company to discuss a complaint. I find it disgusting that it seems that your purposly make it hard for the public to have the their issues that they may have dealt with. I feel sorry for the rest of your customers if they have had an experience anything like mine. Just so you know i have been a regular customer for years in your stores. Please can i be contacted with an outcome as to how you may resolve this in the future because it definatly has tainted my opinion of USC Fashion. Yours Sincerly Alex Madden”
