“Ordering was simple. But Reason for the 1 star rating is because after receiving my order 6 days after order was placed, when delivery is with 3-5 days, my Polo Top came with a few noticeable marks on the right shoulder and the SECURITY TAG was still attached.”

“This item arrived all screwed up unlike all the rest in the delivery, no bag or box, with stains on the front and back. I have returned the item as faulty after contacting your customer care team. I've received a refund.”

“Absolutely shocking, paid next day delivery of &7.99, so my son could have the 3 iteams I ordered for his holiday. Despite this Hermes failed to leave my order 3 times, even after leaving a delivery note 3 times on my front door to leave it with a neighbor or in a safe place, although Hermes have previously left my order from USC in my refuge bin. We are now on holiday and my son is without the iteams I ordered.”
