“I have made many purchases from USC and each time havd paid £5 for collection in store which is ok I guess as in return I do receive a £5 voucher, but on my last purchase I was advised or was not given the option to receive in store and had to pay £5 for home delivery which is unfair, I was advised that due to product comming from the warehouse I would havd to pay £5 for home delivery znd was not given the option to receive in store, I believe that this is totally unfair especially as the items are not available in store, I am not happy with the experience I have received.”
