“While this T-shirt was fine I had to return another that was bought at the same time. Your 'changed' returns policy is quite a disappointment. Not clear in the website, an A4 printed sign on the cash desk in the shop. When I asked why I couldn't have a refund was told "that's the way we do it and I'll get a manager if you like!" Wow, I've worked in retail and customer service at the highest levels for may years and what appalling service that was! The manager came over "if you post it back instead you can have your money!" So why is it different in store compared to online?? Quite resiculous! So, I was informed I could have a credit note....thinking this would be transferred to a 'gift card' so I could still use it as a gift.... No! Just a printed till receipt. Terrible policy! Your thoughts and explanation of the policy change and the difference between returning online and in store would be greatly appreciated....”
