“Got delivered the wrong item. Now I've got to send it back to you and the item I wanted is now out of stock. Terrible”

“T-shirt was not in its own wrapper was loose in parcel and it had 3 black marks on it tried washing it, the marks are still there, ended up throwing it away, not the first time this has happened”
