“Yet again an order has arrived from USC still with the security tag on it! So the convenience of internet shopping has been completely spoiled by the fact that i'll have to take the jeans into the shop to get the tag removed. I really should start complaining to get the postage and packaging refunded!”

“Wrong size came and it was all my fault!!!! Long time usc shopper!!!! never again I have to pay for it to be returned so I went into the store in Nottingham ended up having to spend an extra £70 on a pair of jeans because they couldn't exchange”
