“RE: USC40000020972750 - CAS-1763594-L8N1H9 I love the jeans but was very disappointed in they way they arrived, all the packaging was ripped open and the jeans were absolutely stinking dirty I have had to wash them in the washing machine to get them clean. I have emailed your customer services photos who were very apologetic and offered me a £5 e card voucher I thought that wasn't enough, I have not responded to them yet.
