“I am sure the jeans would have been lovely if they weren't delivered with the security tag attached to my home and the legs covered in glue mixed with cardboard all over the legs... looks like they where dragged the full length of the warehouse.. and no packaging.. when contacting usc the woman didn't even apologise she explained that they would send a email so that I could send them back for a free exchange and I didn't get the email ended up paying the postage myself as I could be bothered calling as I am that disappointed with the company as a whole!!!!”
