“Hello dear USC, I have been receiving defective products.Have received three of these.And then reflect with you nor refund.So what can I do? I have bought a lot of goods on your website.So much for flawed goods can give some response or refund? I have bought more than £6000.No VIP discount not matter,defective goods please return or refund. Please take a look at the Email I sent to you.None of your staff wants to help me. Thanks you”
