“One week later for my large order and still no items arrived. Paid for next day delivery and this is the worst online shopping experience ever. I used to love this shop. They need to up their game compared to the other online retailers big time. Feel robbed of money with no goods a week later !!!!”

“Awful company, customer service ignored! I ordered 10 items from USC website all order in awful condition, the hangers were broken, the clothes were in awful condition like they have been collected from the shop floor! 5 items had marks and fluff on them, all creased up! You have to pay for your own delivery and if you want to return the items you have to pay for the delivery charge! Where other compaines do free delivery! I called up customer services spoke to Rebbecca asked her I could return to a Sports direct store she said no! I ordered £77 of items and it’s costed me £12.89 in delivery!! Not happy with USC! Awful company! Never order anything from them! Iv made a huge list of £12.89 as I have to pay for my own delivery!”
