“Not happy that you cannot click and collect from USC Warrington. Ring customer service and they are of no help. Give you incorrect information, and the person I spoke to was unfriendly and take it or leave it attitude. Why do you not state on your website that you can return items into the store for returns. I like to the products but it is a shame that the company itself and service is a let down. I must say the USC in Warrington are extremely friendly and helpful. I also think the £5.00 spend in store voucher is gimmicky - just have free delivery like most other companies do. Because I now have to click and collect Sports Direct in Birchwood I have to spend my £5.00 voucher there. I do not buy items in that shop and would prefer If I have to spend it in USC Warrington”
