“Ordered product a week ago and still hasn't turned up! Paid for next day delivery to my work address so no excuse really! Work address has a manned reception and 500+ people working there, so we get deliveries all the time by all the delivery companies. If there was the option for 0/5 i would have selected that, but only 1/5 so you've got that instead. First time ordering online with USC. Not sure if I'll do the same again.”
