“The price was the same as the rest, the web site was better and had more to explaination then most of the others. The item was perfect and I wanted to make sure the roller was wood and not plastic. The shiping was probably as the others but I am used to the amz ship time, but it still seemed a bit too long. Will order again! I have a second vac and should reorder the roller again for my second one.”
