“Jim was great and really responsive. However I was alittle disappointed with the Nortent response - I reported some damage to the inner tent bottom, and they sent a replacement footprint - not really what I needed as I have one already. The extra repair patches will definitely be useful, but I'm still mystified as to why the tent bottom got damaged so easily - it felt like a manufacturing fault to me. Jim mentioned that its hard to tell if buyers have used and abused the tent unreasonabily, which I totally get. It's just abit disappointing to buy a brand new tent and to get damage to the inner bottom after pitching once on grass.”
