“Following a seamless purchase and delivery, I was impressed by the packaging in which the A2 arrived. Enough packaging to ensure safe delivery but not wasteful, with recyclable packaging. The product is well made, a slim design that is attractive as well as practical. The LED light is uniform and bright on the whole face. The power attachment has an on/off switch that is robust and will withstand constant use. The power cord has a socket attachment which, when disconnected makes storage easier. The point at which the power cable attaches to the A2 light pad could be damaged if not used with care. As the instructions state, the LIght Pad should be situated on a flat, stable surface, so this is not a criticism so much as something to be aware of. The only criticism is that the LED bulbs are non-replaceable so when they fail this product would become redundant and landfill material if suitable recycling facilities are not available. In these days where environmental concerns are so prevalent, this should be addressed. It would not take much redesigning to allow for LEDs to be replaced in this unit. All in all an excellent product at an exceptional price. I will probably buy the A1 Light Pad too for larger work.”

“An excellent tool for tracing. As an architectural illustrator I can sit this Light Pad on my drawing board at an angle and trace comfortably for hours, as it is slim enough to sit on the crossbar. It's a lovely big size, 66 x 48 cm and the LEDs give brightness without being wearing on the eyes.”
