Hi Leigh, sorry it took us a while to get back in touch. We've had a worryingly high volume of returns for this particular product lately and we did not want to send you a replacement in case that was also faulty. We've now reached out to you via email. As you know, we are in the process of shipping you an alternative that is more expensive than your original purchase but we've had much fewer problems with the alternative of late. If you have any issues at all with the replacement, just let us know and we'll obviously get that sorted for you too.
