The Vedder Holsters Pocket Locker® is great for concealed carry of small sized pocket pistols in the front pocket of your pants- great for those that do not wish to carry around the waistline. Fully adjustable retention allows you to set your preference of tight, loose, or somewhere-in-between retention. The Pocket Locker® features three possible ways to draw. First, when drawing your firearm from your pocket, the hook catches on the corner of your pants pocket and the firearm is drawn, free from the holster. Second, it is great for those that want a secure and custom holster for their carry bag or purse as the holster comes standard with eyelet hardware which can be used to attach paracord to the interior of your bag for snatch style un-holstering. Third, an optional thumb tab that allows you to un-holster your gun with a simple thumb press. Each holster is custom molded from Kydex® to your unique gun model ensuring a perfect fit. It also comes with a full sweat guard. Sweat guards cover both sides of the entire slide of your pistol reducing its contact with moisture from your body.

Current listed holsters are ideal for front pocket carry in most standard mens jeans. To test if the holster will work for you in pocket carry, we recommend trying to put your unloaded and safety checked gun in your pocket to get an idea if pocket carry is for you. If your gun fits comfortably in your pocket, then you will have a good idea if the holster will fit in your pocket as well.
Each Pocket Locker® Holster is hand molded here in the USA!

So I ordered one of these a few months back and I was initially disappointed because it was the wrong color and the retention for the pistol was terrible. I contacted customer service and they were great about getting my holster swapped out for the correct color. I just today received the new holster and I was pleasantly surprised: everything about it was exactly the opposite of what I complained about in the first place. This time they sent the correct color and the retention was exactly what I've come to expect from Vedder Holsters. I would definitely recommend it to anybody who has considered getting one of these but was unsure about it. I was in the same boat and now I'm thoroughly satisfied with the product. Thanks Vedder for the great customer service.

The pocket holster I was sent has zero retention, I get you don’t want it tight in the pocket but some retention would have been nice. If you were fighting or knocked to the ground the gun could come out of both the holster and pocket. The thumb release tab sounds like a great idea but the one on mine sticks out too far. This is my sixth holster from Vedder and I have been 110% happy with the previous five non pocket holsters. YMMV

The holster is very well made, with a positive fit. I was a bit hesitant to have the curve and thumb tab added. However, they both work as advertised. Holster stays put in the pocket but the handgun comes out clean when drawing. The thumb tab is a real game changer for pocket carry!

The holster is well made, and fits well around my Colt Mustang Pocketlite, but 2 big issues make it unusable for me. First, the thumb release tab sticks out too far and is too sharp, and sits right against my leg, poking it quite uncomfortably, and causing a sore spot with any walking/movement. Second, the gun/holster combo rotates easily in my pockets, such that if inserted as you'd want it, with the grip up and muzzle down, with a bit of walking or movement, the holster rotates clockwise, such that the grip is now facing towards middle leg, and muzzle pointing sideways. This happens in several different pockets of mine. I think this is just a matter of the gun/holster combo being small, smooth, and near square. One final additional problem is that the excellent molding to the gun also makes the gun silhouette very visible through some fabrics, even with the extra plastic corner portion to the holster.

SigP238 with Crimson Trace Green Laserguard. It fits well and is secure. Nicely polished and no sharp edges. Should last a long time.

You need this for your LCP or other pocket gun. Like with other types of holsters, Vedder does it the best. Total protection for the trigger. Perfectly polished. No sharp edges. I recommend getting the thumb tab option. You will learn to use it so you can pop the gun out before draw and ensure only the gun comes out of the pocket. Very satisfying click.

I have two of them. So I purchased one and loved it enough to buy another. The size and quality is great. It curves and gives you the positioning you need. It also has the curved point to catch on my pocket to make it easier to pull the gun. Easy to reinsert the gun, but must be removed from the pocket. The only con's I have, is that they don't have enough variations. Meaning the gun I have, doesn't have the option for a laser.

So this pocket holster is way better than the soft type pocket holsters. The design is minimal and fits in my EMS pant pockets w/ very little printing and the curve and thumb ramp is a great feature. The only negative i can find is that the holster is very slick. I have my pistol in my pocket for 48hrs plus. If you have big pockets like 511 or similar brand and you are laying down the holster can slip out of pocket. But other than that its a 5 out of 5.
