We are sorry to hear that you have received your mudflaps without the necessary fixings, however I can see that you have been in touch with our customer services team who have arranged for these to be sent out to you. With regards to your invoice, this would have been attached to your order confirmation email, or is alternatively available in the 'my account' section on our website should you have set up an account, as we don't include any paper invoices with orders. “Poor quality product, rear mudflaps very floppy. No fixings or holes in mudflaps to line up with existing holes. Total waste of money have binned them and order genuine ones from vw”

Hello,   Thank you for your review. We apologise that you did not receive any fixings with your set of mudflaps, these should be included with all sets and we will of course take a look into this. If you were to contact our customer services team on support@veedubtransporters.co.uk, this could have been resolved.   In regards to the fitting of our mudflaps our fronts should fit similarly to originals, whilst our rears fit to the wheel arch instead of further down the bumper.
