“Great service from the team as usual but the 3m tape on these are poor. Half the removable tape was hanging off on receipt and needless to say these won’t stick.”

Hi Steven, this seal is designed to reduce road noise and improve the tinny sound when shutting the doors. If this is not the case for you, it's possible you have fitted the seal wrong.
