“Can’t fault the delivery of the springs. Arrived on time all good but the after sales is Not great, I called back to ask if I should of ordered the shims to go with the springs after seeing posts on a forum regarding lowering my T4, I was kept on hold for ages while the guy was finding out and in the end he came back with sorry mate no one knows here you’ll need to contact a VW garage to find out! Really? You’re a VW specialist aren’t you....”

Hi Paul,   We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about our product. None of our lowering springs come with fitting instructions, however we recommend these be fitted by a professional mechanic.   If you are looking to fit these yourself, we are sure there will be some fitting guides online.
