“Absolute crap. The black and white pattern was smudged into each other and faded. I was told I could send it back at my own cost and that the customer relations manager was on holiday. So f#cking what!”

Hi Kieran, We're sorry to hear that you are not happy with the item you have received, however after looking on our support system I cannot find where you were told that you could send it back at your own cost. You emailed in with some images of your bonnet bra and a member of our team replied back to you thanking you for your images. They mentioned that our customer services manager was out of the office and asked you to bare with us as it could take a little longer than usual to deal with your request. They then asked if you'd like to return the item to follow the link they had attached. This is standard procedure for all returns and does not mean that you have to return at your own cost, this simply generates a returns number so your return can be processed. “Item arrived on time but some straps already had the thread holding them fraying and then as we drove along the bonnet cover was blowing up and filling with air as it couldn’t be tightened properly so we will be sending it back.”
