“Fitted easily after following a YouTube vid. Door slid beautifully up to the open position but wouldn’t close again. The horizontal roller was fouling the sharp edge of the guide channel. As likely a problem with the van as the part but removing it and sanding a bit from the face of both rollers eased the transition of the roller from the backstop channel to the van one. The only other problem is that the hook to catch the door open is not quite long enough to engage the roller stop. If the minimal engagement doesn’t hold it back then I’ll remove it again and grind a bit from the inside of the hook. I’ve learned how my door works, it slides well and I’ve saved considerably on the VW price. That’s all good.”

“Beware asking me to write you a review! My reviews are so extraordinarily positive they're positively unhinged!!! This T5 door roller thingy I bought off-of Vee Dub is lovely... Haven't fitted it yet! Can't bear to. It's just such a lovely thing that I think I might keep it right here on my dining table as some sort of Christmas table decoration. Buy! buy! buy! folks these slidey, rollie, hingey door-things are just the nuts!!!”

“Purchased lower sliding door runner, great value and easy to fit, a bit fiddly to set the position of it to get the door to close easily, but once done its as good as new. So good i have bought 2 and sorted a friends van door too.”

“It was in fact not quite the correct part but I fitted it anyway and the sliding door works fine so I’m a happy customer. It certainly beats paying 5 times the cost of an original vw part. I’ll use this company again.”
