Hello, We're sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. I have taken a look into this for you on our system and can see that your order was shipped from ourselves within our usual time period. Unfortunately RoyalMail are currently experiencing some delays with shipments, they are also experiencing issues with their system that relays the tracking information. “Product is great and delivery was quick. The only reason not marked as excellent is the fact that the two eye bolts are connected to the strut so you have to prise them out to be able to fit which risk damaging the plastic housing. Better if they came loose in a bag.”

“My camper has the electric hook up plug under the bonnet . What a relief it is now just to lift the bonnet without pi**ing about with the bonnet stay . Took 10 minutes to fit .”
