“I ordered my glass and fitting kit from a lovely helpful girl on the telephone. Part of my order was to include some parts van demon a company in Crewe had not sent. Van demon do not return any of your calls or respond to messages left on answer phone. Furthermore when you are in correspondence with van demon they refuse to call you or answer any of your questions, and eventually they stop even replying. Order your products from vee dubs they are excellent....van demon have no customer service what so ever, and don't fulfill orders you have paid for!!”
