“Purchased the 42mm polished SS roof rails which arrived promptly well packaged. Upon opening the box I found a small plastic bag with foam cushions and just 4 SS bolts and washers. Fortunately I have a local supplier which meant I could obtain two more of each quite quickly. I was concerned that when I fitted the rails there was a gap between the roof and the front bracket. I was able to pull this down using the bolts. When I spoke with customer service they confirmed that this was by design and also offered to send out spare bolts. So beware of the “issue” with the brackets as when you’ve bolted them down they have a slight curve matching the curve of the roof line. Good supplier!”
