Hi Peter, I have taken a look into this for on our support system. After reviewing the ticket I can see that we are still in the process of figuring out exactly what has happened with your steering wheel cover, however with all of the information that has currently been provided to us it does seem that the product is correct and that it the two ends would meet each other if fitted correctly. The stitching on our steering wheel covers are pretty strong so there was no need to worry about splitting the stitching, as long as you are not pulling like crazy then this shouldn't be a problem. “A bit fiddly to fit - I struggled to pull the cover over the wheel in the first instance, but at the end of the day you want a nice tight fit or it'd be sliding about all over the place. Hoping that my stitching is good enough to stay in place, looks nice though and feels so much nicer than the old wheel as it was starting to disintegrate! Thanks guys!”
