“I paid £4 for this excellent steering wheel cover which matches my biege seats perfectly. A little tricky to stitch on, but once you get the hang of it you fly around. Cover looks and feels great, really pleased.”

“It looks lovely (beige/black), was easy to sew and took about an hour to stitch and drink a cuppa! My 'top tip' is to park somewhere with enough room to move the van so that the area to be stitched is always between 5 and 9 o'clock for a right handed person. Then you don't need a mirror to see the rear stitch line. Difficulties: I was unable to stretch the cover on my own to fit on the wheel before sewing. It took 1 of us to hold the cover at 6, then 3 & 9 o'clock positions and the other (stronger) person to heave the 12 o'clock area into place. The cover obviously needs to be tight, but I thought I should flag this up to assist others who also may not have the muscles of Popeye. I've given 4 stars because the needle broke on about the 6th stitch as I was pulling the thread through and some of the pre-inserted stitches pulled out (you will see what I mean when you receive the cover). Luckily I sew, and have lots of needles, so that wasn't a problem for me but could be irritating if someone has no other needle. I'd suggest a readily-available-from-supermakets, blunt-tipped tapestry needle if you have the same issue.”
