Hello, We're sorry to hear that you have not yet received your order. I have taken a look into this for you on our system and can see that your order was shipped from ourselves within our usual time period. Unfortunately RoyalMail are currently experiencing some delays with shipments, they are also experiencing issues with their system that relays the tracking information. I have however just looked at your parcels tracking details (I will forward these to you privately) and it is showing as being scanned this morning at your local delivery office and out for delivery.
