“I am thoroughly enjoying my vegepod, I have already picked lots of lettuce that has not been eaten. Tomatoes are doing well also. Just one question for you, do I only need to water once a week?
Cheers, Julie”
“not being a gardener of any kind have made several attempts in raised garden beds only to be growing weeds more than anything (always weeding) so I have purchased all up at the moment 1 large vege pod which I have made a frame for under the stand with 8 wheels and 2 medium size vege pods all on wheels
the big bed so far has lettuce, cherry tomatoes, rocket, carrots, and spinach the other two are full of strawberries this year I am just seeing how close I can plant together and how fast they grow as to front or back best thing about the pods they are on concrete no dirt on shoes anytime :}”
“Setting up was reasonably easy with instruction leaflet and if I got stuck I watched the videos.
Planted as per instructions.
Harvesting lettuce, and parsley fairly soon after planting from bought seedlings.
Also planted my own seeds if tomato, dil, spinach, and rocket which came up well and eating them too. Nice to make a lunchtime sandwich with or take to work with tuna, cheese or leftovers.
I like that it's all closeby and no bending over i
or finding kangaroos or possum have eaten my produce, and easy to water.”
