Harvesting lettuce, and parsley fairly soon after planting from bought seedlings.
Also planted my own seeds if tomato, dil, spinach, and rocket which came up well and eating them too. Nice to make a lunchtime sandwich with or take to work with tuna, cheese or leftovers.
I like that it's all closeby and no bending over i
or finding kangaroos or possum have eaten my produce, and easy to water.”
