Great bike rack. Great design. Great value. It is very heavy though. If this would be built with tubular aluminum to reduce weight it would be better yet. Thanks for a great product!

Best of the best. If you are into biking and if you want a rack of the last rack-to-buy, this is the one to go with. I’m selling all my other racks and keeping this one for the rest of my bike journey.

Honestly wasn't for us. The weight of this rack really makes it difficult to put on and take off by yourself. I think there is an opportunity to lighten this up and still have the same benefits, perhaps aluminum tire placement or aluminum rear tire bar. I love the hydraulic assist, but when loaded it becomes difficult to push back in place because of the weight and not a clear place to put your hands to push. I really wanted my wife to be able to run this rack with her friends, as it made it more accessible than a tailgate pad, but was really difficult for them to push the bikes back in place. The other big issue I had with this, is there just isn't enough space between the bikes when shuttling. The bikes pedals are almost guaranteed to contact in this configuration, especially when you have different length bikes on the rack. Something to be aware of if you're in a long vehicle like a truck or van, when the bikes are loaded the rack sticks out quite a bit. It made parking difficult and in some cases we had to take our bikes with us in order to park. I think it would be better suited for CUVs and smaller vehicles. The garage mount is a bonus and the highlight, but the rest I really had higher hopes for this product.

This thing is great. Recommend fully. Not too big, really sturdy. Easy to get bikes in. When it’s really cold it is hard to pull down, but I basically just grab on and lean back and it goes down in time with no actual effort. Only issue I’ve had is that I disconnected the stop pin and somehow while driving around the struts got extended and I couldn’t get them back to an even length. But I just took them apart and got them back together in 10min. Haven’t had that issue since. Way better than my equally costly and way clunkier Thule 4-bike tray rack and miles ahead of any hanging rack.

I was looking for a rack that could hold my full suspension mountain bikes, plus my road bike and smaller bikes. This rack does it all. I keep it on my 2016 4Runner constantly and it remains stable and secure. I looked at competitor racks as well (namely North Shore), but I'm glad I went with this.

This rack is great for a family and really easy to load bikes. It's a solid rack and was easy to put together. Wish it was lighter to take off but otherwise it's exactly what we needed.

I purchased this mid-winter, so haven't had a chance to use it on my vehicle yet. With that said, I AM using it as my garage rack for now and it works perfectly for that. This thing is very heavy-duty and nice looking. I'm really looking forward to getting it into action this spring!
