Ahh, Chalkboard paint. It’s not only fun for kids, as it can turn almost anything into a suitable surface for their most artistic chalk creations, it can also be a godsend when it comes to labeling. Not long ago I came across a pantry makeover in a magazine where the homeowner used chalkboard labels to label the glass jars and baskets in her pantry. Now you can always make your own labels, but for those of who aren’t that talented or just don’t have the time – these Chalkboard Labels are one of the best options I’ve found! For those curious on how to make their own chalkboard labels. Simply purchase some chalkboard paint and paint over the surface you want to turn into a chalkboard. Of course let it dry before using it! Yes, it’s that easy! Any how, back to the labels I got! The labels are high quality and stick well to smooth surfaces. these come with 72 labels in circle shapes. Unlike other similar products, chalk markers actually WORKS when writing on the labels and shows up well. Others tend not to work very good so I was really impressed. The ink stuck to it after it dried for a bit and was still able to be read. I don't think I have any complaints on these!

These chalkboard labels from VersaChalk are a quick and easy way to label and organize various jars and containers around the kitchen and look great for homemade gifts. They are the perfect size for mason jar lids. There are 72 circular labels in this pack. They are easy to write on with liquid chalk markers and you can even re-position them within the first 10-20 minutes. After that, they are pretty permanent and even stayed on after a run through the dishwasher but the chalk came off so the jar can be used for something else.

These are great! My roommate is a vegan and has Mason jars filling up the pantry and refrigerator. There are larger than they look and there are enough of them to label all kinds of things. Previously we relied on looking through the glass to identify seeds, nuts, grains, etc. But a bunch of them look very much the same. I appreciate that these can be changed when you use the Mason jar for something else. Now we have everything in it's place and easily identified.

We keep our spices in nice looking little spice jars. This offers a perfect way to label each one and indicate the date it got filled. They stick easily to glass or metal, they are waterproof so you can put them in the dishwasher, and they can even be removed without ripping. We write on them with chalk or with a chalk marker. They work great. They've really come in handy.
