“I think these are a really solid choice for gloves. They feel decently warm for their relative thickness. It hasn't been too cold this year for me to really get a great sense of how warm they are, but I'm happy so far. A few things to note for others in case it will affect your enjoyment of these:
- I have large hands and these are on the tight side, but not in an uncomfortable or unusable way, just a snug fit. I'm sure they'll loosen up a little over time. But, to some degree I also like the snugness for allowing more control over individual finger usage - such as the audio controls on my car steering wheel. Bulkier gloves I've had in the past make it difficult to hit those buttons.
- The fingers don't really have any grippy material to them. So, I do find that I'm a little nervous holding some things. For example the plastic parking pass I use to get in and out of the parking ramp at work. I'm afraid it will slip out of my fingers when I'm holding it out the window. It hasn't happened yet - but using these gloves just requires a little more focused grip.
- The care tags that are sewn into the glove are in a really dumb place. They are right where the underside of your wrist is. So, I found the tags irritating on the more sensitive skin on the underside of the wrists. These would make more sense being on the top part of the wrist where the skin isn't as sensitive. I have since cut the tags off to avoid this issue.
I realize I've spent more time in this review with seemingly negative comments, but that's just how my brain works. These are, overall, a good pair of gloves.”
“Ordered these with the overcast jacket for Christmas for my fiancè and he loves them, the texting pads on the fingers actually work great and the gloves are nice and thick so they keep your hands warm and dry! Now I just need to get myself a pair 10/10”
“I predominantly use these gloves for my winter cycling. They keep out the cold, allow me to use my phone as necessary, and are also water proof. Which makes for cycling in raining conditions a lot more feasible and keeps me in control. I 10/10 suggest if you like grip, warmth, and technical functionality in one.”
