“I really like these high tops. They fit nicely and look great. The only problem is that I find the boot is too stiff at the ankle, it rubs and is painful if I’m walking around a lot. Maybe some padding in that area?”

You can try placing a pair of balled-up socks inside the shoes to help speed up the stretching process. Give that a try and we hope it works for you!

“I have to say first of all that I love the brand but unfortunately The boots have no grip at all on a wet surface, it feels like you are walking on ice. I find them really dangerous. The main purpose of buying them were to be used in the rain but it does not fulfill the purpose.”

We’re sorry to hear your sneakers don't have as much grip as you'd hoped. Our shoes are designed to be slip-resistant - not slip-proof. They're made with 4-way traction, providing the necessary slip-resistance you need for most activities.
That being said, some surfaces when slippery will always be more difficult to navigate and in those situations, we always advise our customers to be extra careful.
