“They are working well in terms of being waterproof, because I just had a bad experience with wet feet prior to buying Vessi. Just as the instruction sheet says, they are a bit tight at first but slowly conform to my feet. I feel comfortable walking in these shoes.”
“While I wish that the heel of the shoe was a bit higher, I love the fit and feel. I can wear my Vessi(s) all day and they are as comfortable as my house slippers, while still giving me the arch support I need.”
“I love these shoes! They are sleek, well-made, and waterproof. I found that the size I ordered was slightly smaller than the same size in other shoes.”
“Best shoes I have ever worn. I work in the healthcare field and am on my feet for long periods of time. When I go home after a long shift, my feet are dry and not sore!”
Hi Melissa,
We greatly appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback.
We apologize for any inconvenience you've faced regarding the break-in process of your Vessis. The material is designed to conform to your foot's shape, similar to how socks fit. Over time, as you wear them, they should gradually adapt and stretch to better fit your foot. It's quite common for Vessis to feel snug initially.
To help during this period, some customers find using a shoehorn to put on the shoes helpful. Additionally, you can accelerate the stretching process by placing a few pairs of thick socks inside the shoes overnight, which should aid in expanding their shape.
We sincerely value your input and will make sure to pass your feedback along to our Product team. Continuous improvement is a priority for us, and your experience contributes to that effort.
Once again, thank you for sharing your thoughts on your Vessis with us. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
