We’re sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of comfort you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.

“This is my fourth pair of Vessi shoes. I found the original pair quite difficult to get on, I much prefer the elasticity around the ankle on the newer versions. I would love to see some boulder colours on the boots like a red and that applies to running shoes as well”
“It’s easy to wear and take it off, completely waterproof however it is strange that it my left foot hurts. With my previous Vessi which was « everyday classic » I did not have this issue and I didnt think they have metal pieces in the back.”
